1. Legal Basis
Huaqiao Silk Road Tech Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) processes personal data in compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 (Loi 09-08, Dahir 1-09-15, promulgated on 18 February 2009) and its implementing decree (Décret 2-09-165), and is subject to the supervision of the Moroccan National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
2. Information We Collect
Contact information you voluntarily submit through forms on this website (service enquiry, visit appointment, showroom visit, consultant application, contact message): name, email address, phone number, company name and description of needs. We collect it only when you submit; we do not collect covertly through the website.
3. Purpose of Use and Data Minimisation
The collected information is used only to: respond to your enquiries and appointments, create and follow up service tickets, and fulfil contractual and legal obligations with you. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and we disclose it on a limited basis only to processors (e.g., advisors, partner institutions) when necessary to provide services.
4. Retention Period and Security Measures
Your data is retained no longer than necessary to achieve the above purposes. The Company adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with Loi 09-08 to prevent data from being altered, destroyed, lost, or accessed/disclosed without authorisation.

Under Loi 09-08, you have the right to information (Article 5), right of access (Article 7), right to rectification (Article 8), and right to object (Article 9, including objecting to use of your data for commercial marketing). 6. Cross-border Transfers
If the services involve transferring your personal data outside Morocco (including to affiliates in China), we will strictly comply with Articles 43 and 44 of Loi 09-08: we will transfer only to countries recognised by the CNDP as providing an adequate level of protection, or obtain your explicit consent or prior CNDP authorisation in accordance with the law.
