• Public domain of the State: managed by the Direction du Domaine (Ministry of Finance); acquisition by negotiated sale, long lease (emphytéose) or public auction, examined by the CRUI through the CRI (law 47-18). • Private domain: title search at ANCFCC → notarial deed → registration of the transfer at ANCFCC. • Agricultural and collective land: governed by law 62-17 (generally used under lease; mobilisation by the Interior Ministry for major projects). • Costs: land registration fees (décret 2-16-375: 1.5% of value + fixed fee, minimum MAD 1,000); registration duty by use (housing 4%, commercial/industrial/bare land 5%, subject to DGI assessment). • Mining projects are also subject to the surface occupation provisions of law 33-13; forest land occupation requires an ANEF permit and payment of a fee.
