International Tender for Transfer of Two Mineral Deposits: TIOULI OUEST and IBOUGHARDAINE

National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mines (ONHYM) has launched an international tender for the transfer of two mineral deposits, TIOULI OUEST and IBOUGHARDAINE. According to the official announcement PDF, the IBOUGHARDAINE bentonite deposit is located southwest of Nador; this operation aims to select qualified investors to acquire and develop the mining project. Technical reports and tender documents (CPS) can be obtained from ONHYM headquarters in Rabat (5, Avenue Moulay Hassan, BP 99, Rabat; ao.mines@onhym.com); site visits will be arranged starting June 15, 2026; bid deadline is 16:00 on July 10, 2026.
