Morocco's vehicle and mobility sector covers the procurement and leasing of public institution vehicles, transport vehicles, engineering vehicles, and their spare parts and tires. Relevant notices are mostly published through the government procurement portal. Procurement includes both goods categories (complete vehicles, spare parts, tires) and service categories (leasing with or without a purchase option, maintenance, and insurance arrangements). Morocco has a solid automotive industry base, with both local assembly and import channels coexisting. Participation by foreign suppliers is usually achieved through authorized agents, locally registered distribution, or cooperation with leasing companies.
